Experience the thrill and mystery of camping in the heart of the forest without ever leaving the comfort of your hotel. Boggy Creek Camp is designed to transport you directly into the enchanting wilderness, inspired by the legend of Boggy Creek and the elusive Bigfoot.
**What to Expect:**
- **Immersive Forest Setting:** Step into a lush woodland scene complete with towering trees, soft grass underfoot, and a gentle running stream that courses through your temporary wilderness abode.
- **Authentic Camping Experience:** Your shelter for the night is a cozy, rustic tent with a single queen bed, perfect for snuggling up after a long day of adventure. There are also two camping chairs and a small fold up table.
- **Weather Wonders:** Witness the ever-changing moods of nature with clouds floating overhead, occasional thunderstorms, and light rain showers that enhance the forest's ambiance.
- **Bigfoot Sightings:** Be prepared for the unexpected! Bigfoot has been known to make appearances in the dead of night. Whether he’s real or part of the charming ambiance is up to you to discover!
- **Outhouse Bathroom:** Complete your camping experience with our outhouse bathroom, featuring a vintage ball and claw tub and a shower wand for a refreshing cleanse after a day of exploration.
- **Modern Luxuries:** Hidden within a giant tree, you’ll find a 75" TV for your viewing pleasure. Our custom control panel allows you to manage the room’s lights and sounds, ensuring the perfect balance of comfort and adventure.
- **Quirky Features:** Throughout the night, you might hear mysterious noises, see whimsical lights, or catch objects moving on their own. These elements are all part of the immersive experience we’ve crafted for adventurous souls. Do not open the cabin screen door... Or do, it's up to you.
**Important Notice:**
This is not your standard hotel room! If the idea of nighttime surprises, playful noises, and an authentic camping atmosphere isn't quite your style, we suggest booking one of our more traditional rooms. However, if you’re eager for an unforgettable, quirky adventure that brings the outdoors in, then Boggy Creek Camp is the perfect choice for you.
(This room is not recommending for children under 13 years old as there are many things that can be damaged easily to those that know not to touch. Any damage to the room or decorations will be charged 100 percent of cost plus labor to repair. )

There are several restaurants within walking distance in the downtown historical district.
Our historic hotel is 100% SMOKE FREE. We do NOT offer refunds or Cancellations for any reason but we can change the date of your visit if you cannot make the date you reserved. In the event that you need to reschedule your visit, there needs to be a five day notice before the reservation date. Please see our Polices on the main page for further information.
